Blues have already had the pleasure of the Staffordshire-based official refereeing two of their games so far this season.

The last time Phil Dowd took charge of a Blues game was in our Premier League away fixture against Fulham on 21st February. James McFadden was the only Blues player to be booked in our 2-1 defeat at Craven Cottage on that occasion.

In total, Phil Dowd has taken charge of 33 games so far this season in which he has handed out 112 yellow cards and 4 reds.

Andy Halliday and Bob Pollock will be Phil Dowd's assistants for the game at Eastlands on Sunday afternoon.
