The visitors took the lead through winger Sergio Peter nineteen minutes into the game at Damson Park and held onto their slendour lead until half time.

However, just seven minutes into the second period Njazi Kuqi levelled for Blues, the Finland under 21 international striker latching onto a long defensive clearance and firing past Fielding in the Rovers goal.

Andrew Barrowman then missed a good chance to give Keith Bertschin's side the lead before Rovers scored what proved to be the winning goal on 70 minutes when Peter found himself unmarked in the area and he made no mistake to score his second of the night.
