www.singingtheblues.co.uk has, up to this point, given me the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions with other Blues fans. The site is a great vehicle for any wannabe sports journalist to cut their teeth and have their words viewed, praised and criticised by others. My intention was to write my article very week, without fail, regardless of how we were doing. But this week I can't think of what to say.
As an employee of the club I have to choose my words carefully, yet as an honest Bluenose I have some quite forthright opinions as to where our problems lie. So….. tonight, as I sit in front of my computer screen having returned from Barnsley no more than an hour ago, with my emotions going through the roof, I've chosen to refrain from airing my views.
I'm upset, I'm hurt and I'm bitterly disappointed at what I have witnessed over the Easter weekend.
I hope beyond all else that we turn this round. But deep down inside I think we've gone. The players look beaten before they kick a ball, and on the sidelines I see no inspiration.
