Player Ratings: West Ham Utd

Last updated : 05 December 2005 By Brian Cartlidge

Vaesen - Did ok again and not at fault for either goal.

Melchiot - Not on long enough to warrant a rating

Martin Taylor
- Troubled by Zamora and Harewood's pace.

Cunningham - Steady.

Upson - Getting worse as the season goes on.

Pennant - Not in the game enough, especially first half. Shame because when he was he looked good.

Johnson - Never stopped trying even when reverted to right back.

Izzet - Was playing well again until latest injury setback.

Gray - No passion, and that's being kind.

Dunn - The best player on the pitch by a country mile.

Heskey - Well taken goal and worked hard again.

Subs:

Lazaridis - Good going forward but lacked a little defensively.

Butt
- Did ok.

Kilkenny - Quiet by his standards..

Subs not used: Maik Taylor, Jarosik.
