Bruce's View: Leicester City (a)

As they had done against The Saints at St Andrew's on Saturday, Blues sailed into a two goal lead at The Walkers Stadium on Tuesday night with goals from Radhi Jaidi and Seb Larsson inside the opening 19 minutes.

However, Shaun Newton scored for the home side from a free-kick with 8 minutes remaining to set up a pulsating finale.

"We won, just, but we made it a bit hairy for ourselves," Bruce said after the 2-1 win.

"There's going to be tension and edginess when you're going for promotion.

"But fair play to Leicester, they made a real fight of it in the second half.

"You are supposed to enjoy moments like this, going for promotion. I thought Saturday's last five minutes against Southampton were bad enough, and this was just as bad."
