"The one thing we must do is show more resilience than we did here because we're in a relegation scrap," he said after the game at Upton Park. "We've got to scrape and fight and show a bit more, especially going forward, to try and get the results we need. "It'll be difficult but we're ready for the challenge ahead and I'm sure we can try and do it."
