"We know we have got a big fight in the Premier League, but we are not getting paranoid and panicky about looking at tables in November," he told Sky Sports after the 0-0 draw at Eastlands.
"We are capable of going on a run in the second part of the season.
"It was never comfortable in the dugout.
"The first half, I felt we were comfortable apart from the Tevez effort when it was ruled out.
"The second half was a bit scary in terms of that we shot ourselves in the foot a few times."
